CULTIVATING INTUITIOn: foundations

A moment of practice to soften into the month, making space for the insights that the full moon in Gemini offers us this week.

Hi, loved ones. Here’s one of two meditations I’ll be sharing for the LUMINESCENCE community each month.

Please note I’m recovering from a horrible cold (!), so excuse my voice. I wanted to still offer something this week in preparation for the full moon on Thursday (12.4).

The Full Moon in Gemini is deeply curious. Gemini evokes insight into the structures of our daily life — providing us with space to ask the right questions that shape our experience of reality. Gemini is quick; it is a multifaceted sign that understands the skill of shapeshifting. As an air sign, this archetype holds the wisdom of synthesis. When distracted, the capacity for integrated knowledge becomes overwhelming, leading to a kind of busyness that inhibits clarity.

This week, I hope this practice can offer you the space to land as you listen to the insights being revealed through your daily experience. With a receptive presence, we are available to participate in the shapeshifting required to transform our experience with care.

THE STRUCTURE

  • The intention behind this course is to provide a space for you to unlock your wise inner knowing, in turn allowing you to co-create a life that is meaningful and authentic.

 

  • The module themes will be explored through the lens of tarot, psychotherapy, and eastern philosophy. 

 

  • Weekly lectures are held every Sunday from 12-2pm ET, and include time for reflection and dialogue.

 

  • Sessions will be recorded for those who cannot make it live.
