I am a psychotherapist and contemplative guide who offers a multidimensional approach to healing by nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. My approach is centered on helping clients reconnect with their intuition in order to participate in their lives with greater wisdom, clarity, and possibility. While life can bring about challenging experiences, my approach works collaboratively with the client to enact desired change.
I work intimately with tarot, astrology, and archetypal inquiry to help clients access clarity and inspiration from their imagination and internal resources. By turning to the wisdom of the cosmos, I believe we can align more deeply with our authentic nature and unlock the vast potential within us.
My clinical training includes complex trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, loss/grief, eating disorders, and difficulties with intrapersonal (self-compassion/self-esteem) and interpersonal issues, including couples therapy. I work creatively with clients to address concerns related to important life changes, relational dynamics, spirituality, and embedded emotional patterns.
I am the founder of LUMINESCENCE:an exploration of the healing pathways that become available when we restore an integrated sense of self, in particular through the connection to a transcendent source in daily life (ritual, prayer, meditation). This project calls forth the questions, practices, and frameworks that activate and sustain an expanded model of wellness, aligning with an indigenous worldview of interdependence.
I am a doctoral student in the Ph.D. program in Visionary Practice and Regenerative Leadership at Southwestern College. I hold a BA from Columbia University in Psychology, an AA in Buying and Merchandising from the London College of Fashion, and an EdM & MA in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University. I have completed extensive training across a variety of outpatient settings and community studios to bridge mental health and contemplative practice.
