Kirat Randhawa has facilitated offerings to inspire the mind and expand possibility through contemplation, social behavior, and archetypal psychology. Through group workshops/seminars, online courses, and creative events, Kirat’s work focuses on providing an integrative framework between mind, body, and spirit that allows for deep change. Her previous clients include, but are not limited to, MoMa, Soho House, Spring Place, Alo Moves, Calm, Google, Human Rights Watch, PINK, and Foundation for a Just Society.
Workshops are 45-75 minutes in duration, with curated longer offerings in response to the needs of the company. Workshops can be offered in-person or virtually. Kirat offers insights from data and story, weaving together science and spirituality to leave the client feeling inspired, motivated, and resourced.
Themes range from cultivating focus, creative problem-solving, activating imagination, strengthening intuition, clarifying collective values, igniting transformation, nurturing the authentic self, and navigating change, among more. Participants can expect to engage in meditative reflection, visionary thinking, and community dialogue.
